Company re-domiciliation is the process by which a company moves its "domicile" (place of incorporation) from one jurisdiction to another.
公司迁册是指一家公司将自己的注册地(domicile)从一个司法管辖区转移到另一个。
•Tax Haven (noun) -
中文常译为“避税天堂”,但本意应是“避税港”,因为英文 haven一词指“港口”或“避难所”。但该词与heaven(天堂)相似,因而tax haven被误译或有意译为“避税天堂”。 避税天堂是指税率很低甚至免税的国家或地区。
