•Re-domiciliation (noun) - 迁册

Company re-domiciliation is the process by which a company moves its "domicile" (place of incorporation) from one jurisdiction to another. 

公司迁册是指一家公司将自己的注册地（domicile）从一个司法管辖区转移到另一个。

•Tax Haven (noun) -

中文常译为“避税天堂”，但本意应是“避税港”，因为英文 haven一词指“港口”或“避难所”。但该词与heaven（天堂）相似，因而tax haven被误译或有意译为“避税天堂”。 避税天堂是指税率很低甚至免税的国家或地区。

•The heart of the matter (idiom) -

The most important, basic, or fundamental essence or elements of an issue, problem, or matter at hand.（事情／问题的核心／关键）

Examples:　　

1.In this trial the bloodstains represent the heart of the matter. 

2.Before we get to the heart of the matter, I'd like to assure you that your job is secure. 

•Fall over oneself to do sth (idiom) -

To be very eager or enthusiastic to do something. （急欲／渴望去做……）

Examples:　　

1.Publishers are falling over themselves to produce non-fiction for seven-year-olds.  

2.They fell all over themselves to be helpful, but only got in the way.

•Pull together (phrasal verb) -

If people pull together, they work together to achieve something.（齐心协力）

Examples:　　

1.In times of crisis, communities pull together. 

2.The nation was urged to pull together to avoid a slide into complete chaos.
